STANDARD TECHNICALÂ CHARACTERISTICS
The MS 1070 XM (X-MOTION) is designed for the decoration of any-shape items, with products supported by mandrels or between points (“P-CP” version).
Its servo-driven stations and motion control technology ensure precise and consistent decoration across different product shapes.
The machine can be configured with screen printing and hot-foil stations, with the quick-swap option for fast accessory changes.
For screen-print drying, the MS 1070 XM can be equipped with UV-LED lamps with air or liquid cooling, for lower energy consumption and reduced environmental impact. Conventional mercury (Hg) UV is also available.
A B&R PC/PLC system with Powerlink Ethernet provides machine control through a touchscreen interface.
Like all MOSS systems, MS 1070 XM is Industry 4.0 ready, with production data exchange for planning and monitoring.
