MOSS made a strategic move back in 2010 for quality and 2011 for safety by implementing a robust quality and safety management system. The decision stemmed from management’s drive to enhance internal organization, optimizing service delivery and product realization. This system, based on ISO 9001:2015 standards, was tailored to streamline business processes, enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Central to this approach is a comprehensive document and record traceability system.

With the enactment of Legislative Decree n° 81 in April 2009 (formerly 626), it became imperative to adapt working methods to ensure the prevention of accidents and the protection of workers during their activities. This necessitated an expansion of the existing quality system to incorporate a new focus on occupational safety, aligned with the ISO 45001:2018 standard. Integrating these two systems enables MOSS to provide comprehensive information and training to its employees, ensuring that service delivery is carried out responsibly and in full compliance with safety standards. The adoption of these international standards, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, has become an integral part of the company’s operational cycle, delivering benefits in terms of overall process management and fostering a heightened sense of security and tranquility in the workplace.
