A flexible platform, ready for each application
The MS 1070 is a fully servo-driven machine that can accommodate different printing, decoration and finishing units for a wide range of round packaging applications, with particular expertise in beauty and personal care products and beverage closures
It can be equipped with screen-printing, hot-foil, varnishing and flexo printing. The quick-swap option allows fast accessory changes, making it easy to adapt the configuration to different production requirements.
For screen-print drying, the MS 1070 can be equipped with UV-LED lamps with air or liquid cooling, for lower energy consumption and reduced environmental impact. Conventional mercury (Hg) UV is also available.
A B&R PC/PLC system with Powerlink Ethernet provides machine control through a touchscreen interface.
Like all MOSS systems, MS 1070 is Industry 4.0 ready, with production data exchange for planning and monitoring.
