Moss has recently obtained a contract for the manufacturing of a new high-speed line for bottle closures decoration, commissioned by a major Latin American beverage company.
The machinery in question, named MO 2062, will be configured for 2-color printing of HDPE short-neck closures type 1881, with productive capacity of 150.000 caps per hour.
In addition, following several decades of field experience, Moss has developed an easy retrofit system to allow the Customer to double the production rate, so as to reach at a later stage the considerable top speed of 300.000 caps per hour.
Downstream print quality control systems are also available as well as the exclusive Pre-Print device, designed by Moss.
Flagship model of Moss bottle-caps decorating equipment, over the years the MO 2062 has proved to be very successful and a large number of lines are currently in full production among bottle closures producers worldwide.
